· Match the words in the list given here and in Part A of the Lab Manual with the definitions in the Lab Report.

· Answer the questions in Part C of the Lab Report.

Part D:
Experiment: Effects of chemicals on the Heart Rate

· Observe the 48 hour chick embryo in this video and determine the number heart beats did you count in 30 seconds and calculate the number of beats per minute.

· Use the Table here to calculate the average beats per minute (bpm) for each substance applied to the chick embryo and to answer the remaining questions in Part D of the Lab Report.

There is a space for you to calculate and record the average of these 3 trials and answer question 56. 0.1% ethanol; Trial 1 28 bpm, trial 2 40 bpm, trial 3 38 bpm. There a a space for you to calculate and record the average of these 3 trials and answer question 57.

After you have submitted your Lab Report Via Google please go to Blackboard, select the Lab for this week and the "Grading Rubric" . Then select "Write Submission" and type in "I have submitted my Lab Report Via Google docs"
This will allow me to enter a grade that you can see on Blackboard in your grade book for each lab.
